Add Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program: the name of program.
For example "Just Paddles".

Affiliate URL: URL to the affiliate login page.
For example "https://www.justpaddles.com/?rfsn=7943331.661ee47", in rare instances might be "none".

Referral URL: URL for customers to access the store for purchase.
For example "https://www.justpaddles.com/?promo=HAPPY10")

PPC/Doorway: the page the offer appears on.
Leave "PickleballDiscountCodes.com" unless we get a specific domain name for that offer.

Commission: The commission the affiliate earns.
For example: such as "10%", "$10", "???" (if unknown), "n/a" (if it is free paddles or other non-monetry commission, or "-" (if we are not the affiliate).

Paid Via: the method in which we are paid.
For example: "PP cgpaypal", "ACH SSB", "Venmo", "Check", "???" (unknown), or "-" (if we are not the affiliate).

Notes: indicate the email address used and any relevant program notes such as ambassador discounts and other perks.
For example, "ce@l, Rep discount 30%: OMxREP. 40% off cosmetic blemish paddles."

Discount Available: the discount that the affiliate program gives to the referred customers.
For example, "10%", "$20", ...

Discount Text: a brief summary of the discount offer.
For example: "10% off using discount code SURFERGUY"

Discount Code: the code people use to activate the offer.
For example: "SURFERGUY". In rare cases when there is only a link and no code, use "(none)".

Discount Instructions: provide instructions for applying the discount and perhaps some promotional text.
For example, "Click to activate discount (or enter code during checkout).", "Enter discount code during checkout.", "Enter discount code during checkout. Get a gift card from selkirk for 10% of your purchase in 7-10 days."

Categories: enter one or more (comma separated) of the categories in affCategories: "Pickleball", "Padel", "Tennis", "BallMachine", "Apparel", "Other".

Type: leave 0 in general, use 1 for special cases.
